all employees are incompitant and rude have no sercive

I booked tickets but mis d bus the next day I fixed everything with the lady at d call centre made extra payments and all just to get to d bus n my details are not even there. The drivers was so rude n not even willing to followup. Found out d next day tht they cancelled the wrong reverenses. I endured the bad service and dirty busses with ****roaches all these months but I'm done. If u guys are not gonna work on ur services u gonna have to reduce ur prices even coz that will b the onli for u to make business. Coz that's the onli reason pple travel with u now.
