Absolutely atrocious service

<p>I was supposed to arrive in Durban at 06:00. I ended up having to arrive at just before 17:00. In addition to this, I only boarded the bus at 00:00 from PE. I was supposed to board at 18:00. A massive six hour delay to board and almost 11 hours delay on arrival time. </p>
