A dirty bus is unacceptable

To whom it may concern<br> <br> I feel that it is my obligation to inform you of the state of your<br> buses. It is unacceptable that the bus is filled with dirty fruit<br> peels, papers and food items all along the bus and in every seat. I<br> was disgusted when I tried to use the seatbelts, as the dirty and<br> sticky mess that was clinging to the seat belt, caused me to not use<br> it. The small carry parts of the seats were filled with dirty items of<br> previous passengers (please note that I was on a 8am bus, so my<br> expectation is that we are the first passengers for the day). To my<br> horror, I saw ****roaches walking on the seats. This is unacceptable<br> and I will refrain from using your services again. I believe that you<br> owe it to those that are either forced or have no other affordable<br> options to clean the busses daily. I am sure this is an OHS risk.<br> To add to this, the bus driver seemed to be racing in narrow parts of the road and on mountain with us, mostly because he was late. This is not a reason to speed. Also he was overtaking trucks, cars etc on the mountain, which was a single lane. The weather conditions were cold and this has added to my anxiety of using this bus.
