A bunch of incompitent people

Had to get a bus from Beaufort West to Cape Town. After struggeling for an hour to get through to the call centre they finaly told me that i will have to wait another 45min. So yhe bus was two hours late. They didnt even bother to ingorm the passangers. Then i had to get the bus from CT to ELN. Again no bus. Eventually when i hot through to the call centre they tell me that the bus left an half an hour early. Again i was not informed. They offered to change my ticket to the next available bus but then i had to pay r77 for the changes..... i have never dealt with such an *********** bunch of people in my life.
