4 hours waiting for the bus at Cape Town station

ON FRIDAY THE 30TH NOVEMBER 2018 I HAD A BUS BOOKED FROM CAPE TOWN STATION TO QUEENSTOWN AND WAS SUPPOSED TO LEAVE/DEPART at 18:00pm and was told need to be the an hour before the actual time and only to get there and find out that the other two buses which their departure time was 17:00 and 17:30 have not arrived alright also joined the queue waiting for my bus. So to cut the story short there was no bus at 18:00 Only to be told its faulty we have to wait for the bus that was coming from Durban which will need to be cleaned and checked before taking us. All in all a bus that was booked for 18:00 only arrived at 22:00 that is 4 hours late. Totally not acceptable
