2nd bad expirience with translux and city to city

<p>i bought a ticket from a consultant she wrote the wrong departure date and now i am forced to pay 10% and additional charges of wich i am not liable for...</p> <p> last night i went to plead with the consultants, how ever no help was recieved, we were sent off with a worthless ref number and the lady advised that she will call to inform me if the matter will be sorted, however as unprofessionalisim is the motto of these two bus companies, i have nopt recieved the promised call, that will mean i have to incure more additional charges just for wanting to go burry my grand mother...</p> <p>i am disgusted that you treat the very people that support this business in such a manner...</p> <p>i know they will NEVER take any resposibilty as always.</p>
