Avoid Transcape Movers

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish from Transcape Movers (https://www.transcapemovers.co.za).

After confirming my moving date, I was misled for nearly three weeks while being repeatedly told the move would go ahead, only for it to be postponed again and again. Despite my patience and multiple attempts to get clear answers, I was continually given assurances that turned out to be empty promises.

The move ultimately never happened, despite me having paid upfront in good faith.

What's even more frustrating is that the exact same pattern is now happening with my refund. I have been given one excuse and promise after another, yet my money has still not been returned. Every commitment seems to be followed by another delay.

At this point, I feel completely let down by a company that has failed to deliver the service I paid for and has failed to honor its obligation to refund me. The lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism has been shocking.

I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company to think very carefully before paying upfront. My experience has been nothing but delays, broken promises, and ongoing frustration, in fact I would try and avoid using them based on their very poor customer service!
