Transbus Africa bad service

I've been dealing with a lady named Preeti from transbus africa. I hired out a bus that ended up not being used we then agreed on a 50% refund since I didn't use the bus. It's over a month I still haven't received my refund. She sent me a proof of payment on Friday but the money is still not in my account, I even sent her my bank statement. So I don't know if the proof of payment is also **** because I've been trying to get my money back for so long now. Im just annoyed by the terrible treatment and bad service.
