Zero Rating actually. Use this bus service at your own risk, they dont deliver. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with TransBus Africa. We made contact with them on the 4th of July 2024 to hire a bus for a tombstone unveiling ceremony on the 11th of July. A payment of R2800 was made on the 7th which was acknowledged by the bus company. On the morning on of the event, the bus did not arrive & after numerous phone calls, we were informed by the dispatcher that they were only made aware of of our booking a few minutes prior to speaking to them. We ended up having an alternative means of transportation for our event. Our attempts to get our refund have been frustrating because Ofentse (sales consultant) claims the refund form was completed & submitted to Ridwaan (manager) who claims not to have received it yet. Ridwaan has since stopped taking our calls & we're being sent from pillar to post with nobody taking accountability for poor service. This unprofessional conduct by TransBus Africa is totally unacceptable.

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CONSIDERATION!
I have never seen such poor service in my entire life. I hired two buses for my aunts funeral on the which was on the 1st of November 2025 but only one bus was sent. I called them on the same day and a refund form was filled and I was told it takes about 3 months and I had to much going on to fight them and I waited the 3 months. We are in May now which marks the 7th month and they still haven’t refunded me. Upon visiting their offices in Roodepoort on the 5th of May 2026, I was promised that the refund would clear on the same evening and I’m at waiting. Redwaan the so called manager has no decency to even respond to my WhatsApp messages. I will never do business with these guys again and I will not even refer them to anyone who needs business services.
