Worst service ever

Worst mall to ever shop at. I shopped and pick and pay and was given a free parking ticket. I asked the guy handing out the ticket what do I do - he advised just scan the new ticket. I disposed of my old ticket - only to discover that my new ticket also needed to be scanned. Went to the parking office - staff were rude and unhelpful. Had to pay 45 Rand for a lost ticket.
