The people handling ...
The people handling parking are so *********** the machines are not working the lady handling refunds unprofessional wouldn't advice anyone to go there

Safety
Very disappointed with the security. No aircone there are also no cameras covering the gym floor or other appropriate areas. I lost my phone at the gym and there was no CCTV to assist. There are also ongoing water and maintenance issues that never seem to be properly resolved. Very concerning and disappointing.

Horrible service
Today we were at woolies traderoute the queue was very long cashiers were extremely slow, plus there's 50% sale we asked for the manager to add just 1 cashier we were advised that they are on lunch and 1 of the cashiers katleho said they are not gonna be shaken by us, Katleho that was not a nice thing to say please just add more stuff it's not nice to spend more than 15min in the queue. The aim was not to shake u,it was to have a peaceful shopping...

Awesome customer care service!!
I went there for a sim swap, they treated me as if I'm their first client. Their service is one of a kind!!!

Poor customer service
Customer service is absolutely horrible, there are never enough staff to assist customers. There cannot be a total of 3 cashiers to assist a queue that almost fills the whole store. The same happens at other branches like The Glen and Southgate. It's absolutely putrid service.

Upgrade device return policy not fair
The return device policy not fair I returned a device I was not happy with within 7days they couldn’t take it I was willing to take another device and I was going to pay more but they refused…I did not even use the device
