Trade route Mall disable Parking

I am deeply saddened by this shopping Mall, the total disrespect towards, disabled people, several occasions I visited the Mall with my Dad who is blind and has one leg, both my parents are 76years old, and yet when we want to park in the disable parking, it is occupied by people who have no disabilities, and when I alerted the security guards, l got this response that there is nothing they can do I recently visited Mall of the South and MAPONYANE mall to my surprise there were security guards who prevented, non disabled people to park at the disabled parking, this is not the first time I am complaining of this nature I even spoke to the security head A Mr Shahim I have even phoned and spoke to, Mr Valli himself. He did send someone one day, but after that, it reverts back to usual, there were even Taxi parked and motorcycle parked there in front of Absa really, are you forcing us to do our shopping else where, where disabled persons are also treated with respect.
