The worst experience

The disrespect the manager at this store was the worst, I bought my brother shoes 4 his graduation gave him on the day, the where to big went to trade route mall to exchange, the manager told us they could not take the shoes because one shoe was worn. That was the shoe was used at the shop for fitting. Can we graduate with on shoe. I am to pay off my card and close it.
