Terrible security in control room

On the 1st of Jan we had supper @ Spur Trade route, when we can out it was pouring cats and dogs. The security @ the door was very helpful. My son is disable and in a wheelchair taking the risk of him getting wet of the rain is calling for problems. We then decided to rather move the car to the covered parking and my sister will go through the mall with my son, when we cam out of the parking the boom didn't want to open, pressed the help button a rude lady, very rude lady answered put the ticked face up in the machine, like seriously do I look illiterate as if I don't know how to use the machine, how did I get in the parking on the 1st place, she dropped the intercom and continues like its noting the lighting was bad my son could have easily had a seizure due to that, I kept on pressing the button and she didn't respond, then I blow the hooter like crazy after like 5minutes one of the other securities ran to come and see what is going on then eventually this rude person opened the boom. We spent almost like 15minutes waiting for her to open she is rude and disrespectful and think people are dogs. Time : 21h05 Date 01/01/2020
