Worst pathetic service of my life

I walked in today looking to take out a new contract as I need a new phone and the agent was unhelpful as if there was no liss to work he was very judgemental and probably as i had my working clothes on i was judged as I'm unable to afford a contract

So as upset as i was about the service i asked for a booklet and the guy had told me he cannot give me a book as many customers ask for books saying they will come back and noone ever comes to open contracts

And there was no empathy or communication as a sales consultant to a customer which is really disappointing
