poor security and safety

it is out of desperation and time that i have no choice but to go this mall during the week. it seems management refuse to upgrade paypoints,exits as well as safety and security. they have the social distancing stickers on the floor but whilst i know they cannot baby any1 not practising the covid laws, they dont have any1 advising or educating those not practising. perhaps they feel they are immune to the virus
