Poor Management

I visited this garage this morning at 7.30am and waited approximately 25minutes to be served as the petrol attendants were too busy chatting at the cashiers inside the store and to top it off the petrol attendants now run personal errands such buying Coldrinks and other commodities for the customers making other customers wait and the que building up (Are they receiving some sort of gratuity from the customers). When you finally do get attended to then there is attitude as if it our fault that they have to be petrol attendants. This is not on. Never at any other Engen Garage have I experienced such attitude. When asked for the managers number then suddenly the attendants are too busy attending to customers. The number on the website does not work ***. If there was an option to give the garage a zero-star rating I would. I will never visit this garage ever again. USELESS
