Phechtic service

I went to Game store at Trade Route mall and a phone was marked at R399 (for the Bell phobe) and when it was scanned at the till the price was R749. We even showed the price with arrow of the phone. I have a picture to prove it. Pathetic service we waited for almost 20 min and will no answer.
