PATHETIC TRADE ROUTE MALL!!!!

I would give this mall less than one star if I could. Parking costs are completely UNREASONABLE and ridiculous. We pay so much for the ****** parking and the booms either are never working or the pay stations are not working and their are major queues because they are not taking notes Or sometimes you just go in and are not their for even 15 minutes and then have to end up paying because their is a queue at the booms cause they dont work properly!!! The parking staff Are RUDE ARROGANT PATHETIC and the most UNHELPFUL BUCNH of people!!! Mall staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. Instead of having a guard standing there with the sanitizer, WHY CANT THE MALL rather place sanitizing stations throughout the mall and at the escalators as well? I refuse to use their **** or ****PY sanitizers... Also Management at that mall do not care about its customers and the REALLY BAD service given by the MALL. PICK N Pay Service is HORRIBLE and the same can be said with almost MOST of the stores or banks in this MALL and it seems to be a breathing ground for TERIBBLE and PATHETIC service!!!! Also it is a major safety concern that the mall has for months not replaced the lights on the outside of the mall and if you go their at night you feel like you are in some SLUM AREA. This leads you to feel very unsafe. This is unacceptable. I would tell people to Rather visit another mall as this place takes advantage of people using it for the convenience but don't care what kind service or environment is created by this CENTER!!! Even SOUTHGATE IS A TEN TIMES BETTER MALL!!!
