Parking booms dropping after ticket received

I was entering the parking at the mall on the 18 February.I received my parking ticket from the machine. Just as I was about to drive through the boom dropped.Luckily it missed my car and didn't cause any damage.I ended up entering from another boom. I sent an email to notify them of the fault to prevent someone having an issue or damage in the future.I did not receive a response. I called and the lady said she would get back to me to acknowledge that the complaint was received. Nobody ever did.I called them a week later and the lady was not very helpful.Just a warning be careful when you drive through the booms at Trade route mall be careful because should you have a problem the mall clearly doesn't seem to take customer complaints very seriously
