I'm unhappy ,sad and furious customer right now Went to nedbank to withdraw from our club account as we always do by 2 people, only to find they can not help us due to signatures that are not on their system yet when we opend an account we did submit everything, and what surprises me is that this is not the first time we use this branch.

Nareen once served us and Lorraine served us as more that once Today Goolam Patel can't assist us , we even explaining that his staff member always serve us . why not today and this is a funeral arrangement money that we need
