KFC Trade Route Mall Poor Service

I placed an order while i was in Bramley (39km away), to pick my order at KFC Trade Route Mall. On arrival, Agnes got to assist me. However, she then turned away and started helping other clients as she told me my order was not reflecting.

Money was withdrawn and i showed them the screenshot. I requested for the supervisor and was told to wait for 15mins as there was no meat done.

So much inconvenienced as i have to take the meal to my mom and drive back to Centurion before i get caught in the curfew. Reason why we made the arrangements to order the meal on time.

As i write now, i am ****ed off and waiting fkr the order, (20:48hrs), been here for close to an hour now.
