Im not happy with how my matter was handled

I went to Trade Route Mall to do my shopping, it took an hour or so then went to pay for my parking ticket and went straight to the car but the car was not there, looked around it was not there, then realised that my car is ******<br> <br> I went to Centre Management to report the matter. When I got there I found few security guys so they can play footage of the camera, the footage shows my car coming in the main gate but when I asked them to show me the footage of the spot where I was parked they said the cameras are not working at that spot, asked them to show me all the cars that exited the gate so that I can see which direction the car went, they said the cant play it they then said they are sorry but cars usually get lost at their mall and paying for a parking does not insure anything as you park at your own risk, they then called the police for me to open the case and that was it.<br> <br> Yesterday I went to see them again and asked for footage as I was not satisfied with what they showed me on Sunday they showed the car coming in but after that it was blurry, I then told them straight on that they know what happened to my car and it was clear they tampered with the footage.
