Harrassed and Provoked, Parking Rate insane

On Friday 6th March 2015, as we left Trade Route Mall, we paid our parking tickets. We had two parking tickets to pay, mine went through fine but my partners ticket was not paid even though the parking machine swallowed the R10 note. When pressing on the Help button, no one was available. We were stuck in the mall parking lot with no one to assist. Eventually, a security car pulled up and I approached him and asked him to assist us. He then asks me where do I come from? I indicated to him that since I am on the mall property, I came form the mall. Being a female, he obviously thought I was alone. However, my partner then came to my aid. He had an extremely ****py attitude. Eventually, he gave us another ticket, but threw insults and threatened us. He even made it a point to follow up to the pay point, for what I don't know. If you more than 15 minutes, you knocked with a R6 parking. If you there for 3 or more hours, its normally R10 and over. Heaven forbid if you park in the measly underground parking lot, R20 for less than an hour. We not in SANDTON. This is Lenz.
