Went to Pick n pay at Trade Route mall, I left my parcels at the parcel coun8as it is their policy to do so. However sadly for me, the parcel tag fell out of my pocket. A lady was seen picking it up and was shown visible on the camera taking my parcels. We reported the matter and all I got from the manager was "sorry" with no attempt of finding out what were my goods and their value with an intention to reimburse since it happened in their store
