Game payment ****

I went to game in trade route mall and got a once off credit card of R6000 which monthly I was supposed to be paying 445 per month and they had to debit on the last day of the month. But all they time they want to debit me on the end of the 1st day of the month and when I call the customer service they hang up the call and add notes that I was help and things were sent on my email and which is false cause when the next agent calls they ask for my email since she is telling me they never had my emails. So it's like this people want me to pay double every month.. I am really disappointed 😥
