Dark city at trade route mall

It is a major safety concern that the mall has for months not replaced the lights on the outside of entrance three and now the light on the periphery of the parking area is not working as well. Based on the location of the mall this leads you to feel very unsafe. And the other evening when i was walkinv to my car and it was a dark it left me pray to an attack.

This is unacceptable.
