Covid 19 regulations not adhered yo

First whe you enter at the boom gate you press the button to get your ticket, now the question is how many people are touching the same button in thr same button not knowing or maybe knowing their status. Secondly when paying for your parking ticket and you have to get change the machine is not sanitized regularly. Two weeks ago I alerted the center manager and they promised to make sure that they will do the necessary precautions to my surprise today 20th July 2020 the same thing is happening nothing has been done. The statistics for people who are infected are increasing and the carelessness of the mall is being ignored r even after I as a concerned citizen alerted them.
