Compliment to Matthew

Good day Boxer Trade Route always advertise chicken thighs on special. Every time I got there the butcher workers does not know what Im talking about but its in the paper. Previously I also complained about the very same issue. The manager called me in the store kept me waiting for an hr and half but its quite evident that nothing as been done about it. However I went in again as per the adverti*****t again the worker at the butcher did not know what I was talking about. When I showed him the paper. He asked me if this iz our boxer paper. I asked to see the manager he came to me. I explained the issue to him. He wanted to help me check what was going on. But I had to leave. He called me a few mins to ask me to come back he will assist me. But I was already out of the mall. He called me again and asked me he can take my order and have it delivered to me at my home. I was so surprised. Yes indeed that was carried out by him. Indeed a excellent job. That manager name is Matthew. Matthew has management skills because he did place himself high but went over and above to see that I was left happy at the end. Excellent job Matthew
