Track 718

I have ordered a car part online, and the above company sent a false delivery tracking saying my part was delivered, when I asked the contact number and name for local delivery company, none of these were sent to me. I tried checking/tracking number from our local post office and I couldn't track it. My tracking number was as follows AX***CD. I had numerous communication with the following people of which I don't even think they exist, apart from being a ****. *** *** Both emails are working but there's no customer services from these two. After they could not assist me nor refund me, or track my order they just ignored my email.
