I have ordered a car part online, and the above company sent a false delivery tracking saying my part was delivered, when I asked the contact number and name for local delivery company, none of these were sent to me. I tried checking/tracking number from our local post office and I couldn't track it. My tracking number was as follows AX***CD. I had numerous communication with the following people of which I don't even think they exist, apart from being a ****. *** *** Both emails are working but there's no customer services from these two. After they could not assist me nor refund me, or track my order they just ignored my email.

Parcel
I orderd some tshirts online everything was fine I tracked the parcel since the beginning I sent an email changing the delivery adress since we recently moved I got no response I sent an email again still nothing on the tracking app it says the parcel was delivered but I did not receive anything and on top of that I used the parcel monitor app to find out where the parcel was delivered to it says the parcel is pending I am so confused and frustrated and dissapointed I just want my parcel or know where it was delivered so that I can go get it
