I want my money back, if I don't get my order.

I have ordered on the 28 of August 2024 from China, I've been tracking my from then but on the 6th October 2024 the tracking system says it was delivered but I have never received my order.

I wrote an email to them informing them that I didn't receive my order, the response I got it is that they can not help me. My R1 200 has gone down the drain. 😞😞😞 Please help me recover my order.
