PROBLEMS AGAIN AND NO SERVICE

Problems AGAIN with TRACE Moblile. Emails sent to them received no response. More than 6 telephone calls attempted and precisely at 14 seconds after the automatic voice told me that I was being transferred to the next agent/ consultand the calls were terminated. How does one obtain any service from them????
