Excellent customer care from Trace Mobile!

I recently posted a review on my frustrations with Trace Mobile on HelloPeter and within a week, I got contacted by the lovely Carisa from Trace Mobile customer care.

She apologized for the miscommunications from their side and wanted to make it up to me by sending a new sim card with loaded airtime and data on it, as well as a "gift" from them.

To my utter surprise, when the package arrived, it weighed more than 2kg! They had sent me a personalized letter saying how sorry they were for any frustrations caused along with an entire gift hamper filled with Trace Mobile merch! The sim they sent was also loaded with 2GB Data and R240 airtime!

Amazing amazing amazing customer service from Trace Mobile. I take back what I said about them and would definitely recommend them to anyone!
