Wrong Springs Fitted to a 2014 Toyota Corolla Este

We bought 2014 Toyota Corolla Esteem at Halfway Ottery. The day we collected the car, Kiyaam Noordien the Salesman handed over a \brand new"car with no powersteering and the towbar which we requested to be fitted and being paid for was not fitted properly.
