Worst service & workmanship ever!

I was advised to take my LC 80 Series to Toyota Kuilsrivier (Cape Town), as this service centre apparently has the best Toyota diagnostic technician and, he would be able to diagnose and fix my vehicle. Long story short, after my first visit beginning of Feb 2022 (vehicle had been in for over a week), the initial issue it went in for seemed to have been sorted. However the vehicle was now pinging severely and don't get me started on the absolute shocking work carried out by the mechanic(s)/technician(s) who worked on my vehicle. Missing clamps, incorrect vacuum hoses fitted, fuel filter fitted with incorrect mounting bracket which was never mounted!!! etc. etc. Over the next couple of months my vehicle went in another 2 times and I got it back each time with the promise of the issue having been fixed. It never got fixed. I eventually took my vehicle to another independent mechanic who fixed and diagnosed the mess Toyota had created within a day!!! During all this time, I had voiced my concerns and disappointment to the service agent(s) I was dealing with, the senior diagnostic technician, the service manager as well as the dealer principal... and nobody cares. The lack of communication from all involved was beyond atrocious! Promises of being called back were never kept. I'm still waiting on the dealer principal to call me back after we last spoke (mid May 2022) after the Toyota technician had phoned the service centre who eventually repaired my vehicle to confirm that the Toyota technicians working on my vehicle had messed up.
