WORST SERVICE FROM TOYOTA

My vehicle has been into Toyota for repairs for the past 4 weeks. it is not a mechanical issue but rather an electrical issue as they say. however for the past 4 weeks i have been calling them and they cannot give me a straight answer as to what is wrong with my vehicle and what they are doing to fix it, all i get is "we are still busy on the car" for the past 4 weeks no one can tell me anything. i speak to the manager and he tells me that he will call me back with feedback, up until today i am still waiting for the guy to call me. Toyota Stellenbosch provides the worst service in regards to repairs/servicing. I cannot speak for their sales department as i have not dealt with them
