Worst service!

I had my Hilux serviced in Polokwane. I told the dealership that there was a squeak noise coning from the front suspension. They never fixed it! All they did was tell me its my fault because I raised the front suspension! This is bogus because I did the lift immediately after I purchase dthe vehicle and never had the problem. Then, to top it all, they never put my service book back into my vehicle. When I asked aboutbit, they simply said I should come and collect it, the person responsible would not be there but someone should have it.

I run a business and cannot take time out to collect it. What is Toyota going to do about it?

And if they lose the book???? What then?
