Worst experience ever!!!

Really disappointed to say the least, purchased a bakkie from Toyota and wanted to buy another one. Sold the one I had and when I was suppose to receive my new bakkie was told I can’t buy the new bakkie because I’m blocked from Toyota SA for selling my bakkie. I may never purchase a car or bakkie from them again. Seriously where does it state that if I buy a bakkie that I may not sell it again. Toyota if this is your motto then you are going to loose a lot of customers. At least inform a customer first or warn a customer that he can’t sell his bakkie. But if you don’t say this to customers they will never know, instead you just block them from ever purchasing a vehicle from you again!!! I have been a loyal customer for years and this is how you treat your customers...
