Worst Customer service

My car was ****** 3 weeks ago I was told Toyota could have been able to assist with the wifi on the car

I have since contacted Toyota from the 13 th to ask them to check wwow guess what everyday they tell us someone will call someone will call but they never did

I am wondering if they are doing this just because they don't care and they did their sale long time

I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from Toyota in my life not after this experience
