Worst branch ever

Last week my husband took my car in for service to Toyota Kempton park , First they only had one taxi which leaves every 2 hrs to transport their customers so he was late for work , he paid money for chips on my windscreen and other costs. When he fetched the car the petrol gauge didnt go up , he poured petrol and still it didnt move. A day after he got the car while driving to work he got stuck on the freeway as he didnt know what was wrong with the car. He ended up being towed to Toyota Woodmead , Sat we fetched the car and poured full tank but still the petrol gauge is still on empty and I noticed the chips on my windsreen are not closed. Toyota must fix my car as it started giving me all this problems after taking it to this horrible branch in Kempton Park.
