Worse service ever

<p>I have bought cars, quantums with Toyota. Recently I bought Toyota atios within 11 months of owning the vehicles they were not taking gears. Assuming that the vehicles are still under warranty took them to Toyota mobeni. They said couldnt assist me cause clutches are burnt. They started telling me about terms & conditions which were not explained when I bought the vehicles. I called Toyota customer care which did not assisted me either other than deciding to tell me about terms & conditions which doesn't make sense why the terms & conditions should be explained when there is a problem. Being their reliable customer didn't matter. They rather have you walking out than assisting you. All they wanted was me paying over 16k for both vehicles. They did nothing to assist me from management to customer care. </p>
