Worse experience ever at Toyota Cape Town Culemborg
My vehicle, Toyota RunX had a power steering pump failure a month or two ago and was repaired by Toyota Cape Town, Culemborg. Last week the power steering pump failed again, I then took the vehicle in on Tuesday morning for the repairs. 3 days later I'm still waiting for my vehicle. I requested a courtesy vehicle for the time being as they say they are waiting for the part from DBN. How long does it take to courier a part from DBN. The lady I spoke to refused, after requesting to speak to the manager, she said she would sort something out. I then left work, Atlantis, I made my way to Cape Town, only to be told I would not be given a courtesy vehicle, the part failed and it was not their problem that the part failed. So I guess it was my fault that they fitted a faulty pump, what does the policy say regarding field failures? Should the customer be inconvenienced due to these failures? Why was I not given a courtesy vehicle after being told that they would sort something out. The lady told me to take my faulty car if I want to. What type of service is that?
