World Class Service at Toyota Halfway4ways

Being an auditor for many years don’t compliment easily. My experience with Willie Kruger at Halway4ways has been the test of time for the past 5 years and every year this dealership just got better and better. I bought a brand new Fortuner from a Pretoria Toyota branch and had every snag and service sorted by Willie and his team.I posted my experience on various international platforms and also referred Toyota customers from India to Singapore to this one very special and dedicated team member. The staff at this branch go out of their way to ensure every customer regardless of status, colour or value of vehicle gets treated as they are the only customer with his personal involvement. The same friendly dedicated service is visible in the rest of the service and workshop crew whom I got to know on first name basis over the years.I am happy with my Fortuner simply by knowing I have such s****ed and knowledgeable people taking care of me and my vehicle. I travelled the ends of the world from NZ to USA and saw good and bad service and can honestly say the Willie Kruger ranks tops when compared to the best globally out there. He is a great asset to this dealership and clearly a leader in his profession. KAIZEN, SIGMA 6, ISO 9001, TS 16949, etc., you guys can easily be certified leaders of the game any day and anytime.
