Wonderful

I went there to find out a problem with my car, the reception sent me to a lady sitting by the window, by where you go in & out to collect your car. I just told her I had stupid question, sat me down & I explained the problem & she took me through everything, by the end I knew what to do. Such a wonderful, understanding & beautiful woman.
