Windy noise on a brand new car

Been complaining about the windy noise on my brand new car Toyota cross so wish I had bought Haval with the same amount because Toyota Secunda and Toyota SA had been moving me from pillar to post with no solution they tried to fix it but failed now its delaying tactics between Secunda and Toyota SA at this point I'm fedup.Mduduzi Ngubane from Toyota has been very supportive but he can't do anything but thank you Mduduzi excellent service indeed as for Secunda management Wayne Meyer and Chris not communicating I'm tired of this poor service and lack of communication but when I was buying the car the service was out of this world but now that I have a problem which is a factory fault not mine for that matter I don't get any help can somebody somewhere please help.This issue has been dragging for 3months imagine
