will never recommend a toyota

On 17 October my toyota etios with less than 5****m was towed to toyota Hatfield as it would not start. Upon request of the feedback I was told that the engine did not have compression. They later changed the diagnosis and said that everything is wrong with my car (strange since the car is not even a year old). Then the diagnosis changed and I was told that all the valves were bent. I was told that everything was my fault and that my warranty will not cover the damage . Seeing that the diagnosis kept changing and that clearly they wanted to blame me for the damage I asked for a written diagnosis and full report of the assessment. I am still waiting for it, if they are so certain about the faults and who is to blame, why are they taking so long.. The service is poor, no one calls to give you feedback. Toyota wants to cheat me. I only drove the car for less than 5****m and know that i did not damage the car. The car could have come with faults and maybe toyota needs to worry about that instead of delaying and stalling and keeping my car and making me suffer as i take public transport everyday. On Saturday it will be three weeks. I will never buy a toyota.
