Why buy a Toyota?

In November 2011 I bought an Aygo, why u ask? Easy, I needed something small, reliable and something I knew I would get after sales support on. I took out an extended warrantee on the car when I bought it. It turns out the warrantee was never registered although the money was definitely taken from me. Luckily I kept the paperwork. Now imagine my surprise when I walked into a Toyota dealership with a mechanical problem only to find out my car is out of warrantee. This was not the worst, having a Toyota dealership tell you it is not their fault but another dealerships' fault that is unacceptable, at one stage the words \they need to sort it out"was actually spoken! I bought a Toyota not a Barloworld or Halfway sedan! Now I'd like Toyota to explain to me how it is my warrantee never got registered and how it is acceptable that I had to spend the entire morning at a dealership to get this sorted. If this is the \""service\"" Toyota offers then I might as well get a cheaper"
