WHEN WARRANTY FINISH WORSER PROBLEMS STARTS

I have been in and out of the garage since I bought this vehicle with noise in the engine, i bought it new second hand, now because the warranty is finished more problem starts, my car is 2010 vehicle but even Barlowworld Toyota in Tygervalley told me is 2011 model but later I found out that is not what they told me, what is my rights as a consumer! they want to charge me for bringing it in the same place I bought it, even though I kept the service but still in big trouble with this car, I always heard Toyota is a good car, it was my first time I bought Toyota but hey, I brought problem in to my family!
