What an utter let down!

What a complete disappointment.

I purchased 3 x Etios Sprint vehicles cash. Lost the special price because I was waiting for the new year to get the colours of my choice.

On 29 Dec. 2017 I paid over more than R500 000 for the 3 vehicles with the understanding I want 2 silver and 1 white and also signed for those colours.

Surprise, surprise on Monday 8 Jan 2018 I get a call from Eileen Ndewere informing me Silver is a no go.

Speaking to the branch manager Jonathan Stephenson, you are being coerced into believing that Oranje Toyota is doing you such a favour that you should be glad you are getting white vehicles at all.

I am told that he is bending backwards to register the vehicles as 2018 models and he has given me discount to which I am not entitled to and I can not ask for something the factory can not deliver.

I have never in my life thought that buying 3 brand new vehicles will end up being Oranje Toyota's choice of colour for us. I could never in a million years dreamt that more than R500 000.00 is buying you favours not cars.

I ended up settling for 3 white vehicles because Toyota is doing me favours now - I will not be collecting the cars I will be sending other people because something which should have been a joyous occasion for me and my daughters ended in a nightmare.

I despise Toyota for what they have done with this deal and I can honestly say I cannot with a clear conscience advise anyone to buy from Toyota.

Highly saddened by something which should have been fun and a happy moment.

Thank you Jonathan for absolutely destroying our dream you are unprofessional and take no note of "what if this was me, how would I have felt".

Toyota should be ashamed!!!!
